Weekend Recap- Our Party!

Our party was a blast.  A ridiculous good time that we were so lucky to have had.  My sister & mother did such an amazing job putting it together.  Barbara's house looked incredible- thank you, again, so much for hosting!  You guys are the greatest.  Anyway, as I said, the party was a blast.  These pictures don't do it justice, but enjoy... I am so lucky to be marrying Alex and the party made me so beyond excited for the wedding!!! 

Let the celebration's begin...

I'm beyond excited for tonight.  It's the first of many parties to celebrate Alex & I tieing the knot.  My mother, her best friend and my sister are throwing us that engagement party that I've been talking about for months.  I'm sad that one of my besties can't be there {sigh}, but I am still ready to pop the champagne, dance and reminisce.  Thank you so very much for doing this for us.  It means the world to the both of us!!  Love you guys!

I love the idea of brides wearing white to all of the parties in celebration of their wedding.  My mothers friend has been kind enough to host an engagement party for Alex and I.  Obviously, I have been in search of the perfect outfit since the day it was announced.  Here are two options I've come up with so far.  Thoughts?  Enjoy your weekend everyone...

Christmas came early...

Alex & I got engaged over the weekend and we couldn't be happier.  I am seriously the luckiest girl in the world to be marrying my best friend.   I love you so very much!!!  Merry Christmas from the (soon to be) Minicucci's!
